Kayla Reilly

Kayla began her journey in occupational therapy as a therapy aide and later as a wellness trainer in an outpatient neurological facility. These early experiences sparked her passion for the field and led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Gwynedd Mercy University, where she graduated in 2024.

Her final clinical rotation was in home health geriatrics, where she developed a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience of the older adult population. Following fieldwork, she accepted a full-time position in home health, providing occupational therapy services in individuals’ private homes as well as assisted living facilities. In this role, she gained valuable experience treating clients with complex, co-occurring conditions while collaborating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. This setting strengthened her clinical reasoning skills and reinforced her commitment to individualized, client-centered care.

Kayla is excited to transition into the chiropractic setting, where she looks forward to continuing to grow professionally while integrating her passion for movement and functional wellness. In addition to her occupational therapy training, she holds a personal training certification, allowing her to incorporate exercise principles into her treatment approach. She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to care and focusing on what matters most to each individual and using those meaningful goals as motivation for progress. She values strong interpersonal connections and believes that the therapeutic use of self is essential in fostering trust, engagement, and lasting outcomes.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their dog, Brodie. During the summer months, you can often find them at the beach enjoying the sunshine.
